Order Processing & Shipping

  • Processing Time: Please allow 2-3 business days for DLM Studio to process and ship your order.
  • Shipping Days: Orders are shipped Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be shipped the next business day.

 

Delivery Estimates

  • U.S. Orders: 2–7 business days
  • International Orders: 10–15 business days

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary. DLM Studio is not affiliated with any shipping service. Once your order is shipped, it is handled by USPS, and we cannot control or guarantee their delivery timelines.


Important Shipping Information

  • DLM Studio is not responsible for any lost, damaged, stolen, or delayed items during transit with USPS.
  • If a package is returned to us, we will issue a full refund once the returned order is delivered to our facility.


Return & Refund Policy

  • All Sales Are Final: No returns or exchanges on any products.
  • Webinars & E-Courses: Cannot be refunded or rescheduled (applicable to live webinars).
